About Meditation & Breathwork at the OM-azing Studio
If you’re often stressed and distracted, find it hard to turn off and relax and feel very emotional, learn to soothe yourself and find some inner peace in one of our meditation and breathwork classes.
We offer instructor led sessions, providing you with verbal guidance and prompts to help you relax, visualise and explore specific themes or intentions.
Meditation aims to focus your mind, increase your awareness of the present moment and cultivate calmness and clarity. It encourages you to observe your thoughts without judgement and to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. Meditation ultimately helps to reduce stress, enhance focus and concentration and promote emotional well-being.
Pranayama teaches you to control and manipulate your breath (in the process influencing your nervous system) increasing feelings of relaxation, reducing stress and boosting overall wellbeing. Breathwork can vary between simple deep breathing exercises to complex techniques, but every form harnesses the power of breath to promote your health and vitality.
We offer a variety of meditation and breathwork practices to suit your preferences and needs, in small hour-long classes (nine to 12 participants).
While meditation and breathwork often forms a part of yoga, you can benefit from focussing exclusively on these elements. We combine several different styles of meditation and breathwork to help you relax, and be more mindful and present in the moment.
Pricing
We will not be charging for these sessions, instead we will have donation boxes available to support our chosen charities and causes. Attendees can donate an amount they are comfortable with.
