Our Yoga Classes
-
Hatha: a traditional form of yoga, focussing on alignment, breath and holding yoga poses to build strength, flexibility and balance. Ideal for building your technique if you're just starting out on your yoga journey.
-
Vinyasa: a dynamic style of yoga, linking breath with movement and flowing seamlessly from one pose to the next to create a fluid and energising practise.
-
Mobility flow: an integration of vinyasa and hatha yoga, combining breath and body connection and active stretching in held poses.
-
Hot: a sequence of 26 yoga hatha or vinyasa poses performed in a heated environment (usually around 37°C). The heat activates your heart, lungs and muscles, but also makes the session more intense and challenging, flushing toxins from your body and using more energy.
-
Kundalini: an ancient form of yoga, combining dynamic movements, breathwork, chanting and meditation to awaken energy and consciousness, and promote spiritual growth.
-
Restorative: a deeply relaxing style of yoga, using props to support the body in passive poses to allow deep release of tension and stress, and to promote rejuvenation and healing.
-
Yoga Nidra: known as ‘yogic sleep’, a guided meditation practice to induce deep relaxation and promote healing on a physical, mental and emotional level.
-
For practitioners with different levels of experience and interests, and offered in addition to our regular classes. Focusing on specific themes, styles or aspects of yoga such as arm balances, inversions, yoga for stress relief and yoga philosophy, to enhance your overall understanding and practice of yoga.
