In today’s busy and often hectic world, we’re an oasis of calm and community - blending ancient knowledge with modern techniques - helping you to relax, reconnect with yourself and live your life more fully.

We offer yoga, sound therapy sessions and other complementary treatments and techniques to physically revitalise, mentally refresh and emotionally balance you. 

We’re a friendly, welcoming studio in the Oxfordshire countryside, where you can explore and discover how yoga and sound baths can restore and uplift your mind, body and spirit.

There are many things which may make us feel unbalanced: 

  • Struggling to switch off from a stressful job and feeling like you’re always on call.

  • Juggling school pickups, grocery shopping, teetering piles of laundry, and everything else on your never ending ‘to do’ list.

  • Trying to be all things to all people, but feeling like you don’t have any time for yourself.

  • Living with bottled-up emotions, old resentments and painful memories. 

  • Being less active, moving less and feeling heavy in your body.

  • Feeling lonely or disconnected.

As well as joining our regular group sessions you’re also able to book private 1:1 yoga classes, sound healing sessions, meditation coaching and breathwork instruction. You’ll benefit from our undivided attention, guidance and support so you can work on your unique needs and goals.
